DotNetAgents Open Core v0.1.0-preview

First public source release of dotnetagents, dotnetagents-plugins, and dotnetagents-examples.

The Open Core v0.1.0-preview cut ships three public repositories on GitHub with matching tags. DotNetAgents is the open .NET framework for observable, tool-using, multi-agent systems. DNA Factory remains the commercial operating layer for governed delivery, labs, credential custody, and hosted operations. Install is source-based until a package feed is approved — see /install-quickstart and /docs/getting-started for the launch docs.
